What personal information we collect

When you fill in a quotation request form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, property type, monthly energy bill range, and for commercial enquiries, your business name and current heating fuel. We also collect the date and time of your enquiry and the page you submitted it from.

Why we collect it

We use your information to contact you about your enquiry, to arrange a no-obligation heat loss survey at your property, and to send you a written heat pump quotation. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry details with an MCS-certified installation partner so they can carry out the survey and prepare your quotation. This happens only with your consent, which you give when you submit the form. We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not share it with any other organisation for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry information for as long as is necessary to arrange your survey and quotation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you have follow-up questions. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days. The installation partner who surveys your property keeps their own records in line with MCS requirements.
